Mine been installed two days)
Any installation tips? I'm concerned about the 11 years old rusty nuts and studs. I have already bought Irwin Bolt-Grip socket. Should I heat them or is there bigger possibility to break the stud, do they become softer if heated red? It would be nice to get them completely off (nut&stud together). I have ARP studs waiting.

Maybe I'll take the upper A-arms off for making more room. Seems to be quite tight...

Did you lift the engine while installing the headers?

Edit: got the nuts out, one stud snapped but luckily it was at easiest location and managed to weld nut on it and got it out.

Despite of the URD's instruction, no need to lift the engine, no need to remove any of the manifold studs. It's easy to get them at place after removing the steering shaft joint.

After 6 months of use:

The header is MADE IN USA and is constructed of 304 grade stainless steel mandrel bent tubing that is 1 5/8″ diameter with CNC milled mild steel flanges all hand TIG welded.
Looks like only the tubing is made of 304 stainless steel, the TIG rod is been regular steel as the collector too.
