Just joined the forums, have been poking around but haven't found the answer to my question...

I picked up my 2010 Army Green FJ a couple weeks ago - have the Sway-A-Way lift kit on order...

The rims I'm looking at are the WE 20" Beadlocks, Part # 71-2853847...

Walker Evans Racing

They are 20x8.5" with 4 3/4" backspacing... Any opinions? It sounds like I might need to run spacers with these? I'd like a slightly wider stance than stock (fender flares are also in the works)...

Tire recommendations are welcome as well but need to get the rims sorted first...

Not going to find a whole lot of love around here for a 20" rim if you are planning on going offroad.

I'll be going offroad - but not trying to create a rockcrawler... More "prerunner" (i.e. desert / fire road driving at elevated speeds)... Plus I like the look of the 20s...

20" beadlocks?!?! Is that like an offroad lowering kit?

I know that the 16" WE beadlocks are heavy rims, I can't imagine what 20"s weigh.
