I have a Wilderness FJ Expedition Rack and think it's a great addition to my rig. I especially like the way it slopes in the back. I can carry long lumber on the rack and it hangs over the back edge just perfectly.

how many inches does this rack add to the overall height of the truck? does this rack work with most of the roof top tents that are available out there?

Andrew,

The rack adds approx. 6" to the overall height of the FJ Cruiser. The rack will support the weight of a roof top tent. You would need to find a way to attach the tent to the rack securely.
