You want to barter or trade something for your skills. I have also seen a lot of charity in our group. Getting paid is also nice.

Examples:
Your a Techie and can help someone that is retarded with computers.
Your a Carpenter and can build anything.

AutoCad skills.

Been drawing on the computer the last 5 and half years at a Civil Engineers office. 3 years prior to that I worked for a Architect (everything was drawn by hand in that office but I did side jobs at home on the computer). Learned my skills at High School in the drafting class number one drafter 2 years straight.

I haven't worked in 3D on AutoCad in a long time so those skills are very rusty. But I am trying to get a hold of SoldWorks for a good price and learn that as well.
