What would a 2007 FJ go for with 20k miles in EXC cond?

5AT - 20k miles - Roof Rack, Rear Locker, Convenience Package #2.

Would 22k be too high?

Dealer or private party? A dealer will probably ask 24-26k so if you can get it for about 22k, thats a good price.
