What you can do here

This is the forum archive for GPS trail files. You can use it three ways:

1. Find the file for a trail you are planning to run. View it in Google Earth and/or import it into your GPS. Many members are starting to use laptops on the trail and this is a great leap forward in trip enjoyment - as well as safety.

2. Post your GPS trails for others to use. You can use the paperclip attachment function in your message window. The forum will accept .kmz, .kml and .gpx. We prefer .kmz because it opens immediately in GE.

3. Suggest updates to other GPS files you see here. There is an immense amount of information you can add to a Google Earth trail file. Please post your suggestions on that trail's thread, or PM to the OP.
