New to FJ. Purchased an '07 with an OME lift, ARB front and rear bumpers, Ramsey winch etc. Very happy with this truck compared to my Jeep.

Anyway, trying to identify if my OME coils are the regular/medium/heavy. I've searched the forum but haven't found anything.
Are there differences in the coil windings?

Try posting some pics of your FJ , someone will probably be able to eyeball which lift you have. I don't know of any markings on the coil springs.
