North Carolina has great 4x4 off-road trails! With some beaches in the east coast that still allow 4x4 vehicles. We have Uwharrie National Forest in the center of the state. To the western end of the state we have the Blue Ridge Mountains. Lots of old logging roads throughout the mountains. We have a variety of terrain from sand at the beach to forested mountains in the west. Everything with in a couple of hours drive away for a day trip. There are plenty of sites offering camping for a couple days of fun.
