I can't seem to find a pic of something line-x'd in 'WHITE' anywhere. Can anyone guide me.

My Line-X guy can shoot Line-X in the traditional way where it looks like the way we are all used to, the thick non-smooth way and he can shoot it another way I have never seen before. I was up there getting some brackets Line-X'd and he had just shot a whole Jeep ($2600) in a smooth application, it looked nothing like the traditional Line-X we have all seen, but it was Line-X.

Has anyone else seen this? Steve, the owner was out when I was there so I have not had a chance to talk to him, just his wife or partner(not sure) while I was there and she told me to talk to him. I plan on stopping by there this week and getting more info. If someone already knows about this type of application, please fill me in.

I am tossing around a few ideas for the roof of my FJ and would like to see some white Line-X before I decide. The smooth application could possibly blend in and not be too noticeable.

Thanks for the help

Yeah, when I got my flares done, they said they can do 3 textures; fine, course and smooth. He showed me samples, and the smooth actually looked pretty good. I chose the course texture for the looks, of course.

Personally if I was going to do the roof, or entire truck, I would go the fine or smooth texture.

Here are some pictures of the smooth, on the bottom of a boat:
