I am looking to install the Aries 2059 grille guard to my FJ, but I see there is little space between the side marker lights and the fenders. Would I have a problem?

Would this guard fit there perfectly?

no advice on whether it will fit with Bushwacker Fender Flares, but I would advise you to search around on this site about brush guards before purchasing. They are widely viewed as damage multipliers in the event of even a minor fender bender. They are cosmetic only (and not functional for protecting the front end)

I agree with SilvFx.

If you want the best front-end protection, consider getting a steel bumper. I bought an Arb bumper from 4wheelonline. It looks great and has solid construction. It is quite heavy, so I upgraded my suspension.
