I could be wrong, but I'm 95% sure there isn't one... I usually just check on it every so often when I'm doing routine maintenance.

I believe it is required by law for every new vehicle sold in Canada to have the low windshield washer warning light. Every vehicle I've ever owned has had this feature, including my 2010 FJ.

Pull the hose and drain the washer fluid or siphon it out. When it's empty see if the light comes on. If a light does come on slowly fill the resv. 'til the light goes out, then you'lll have an idea where the low level light is.

I've never seen that on a US Toyota, but late 80's early 90's Mazda vehicles had this feature. Cool IMO.

At the rate I go thru bug remover juice it'd be nice if the FJ had a warning lite but alas it does not. Mines a 2011. My 2000 Solara has one tho.

It must be regional - a previous poster indicated that colorado mandates it, but the FJ is my second new vehicle (Honda Civic Si was the first) and I have never seen this in any new or used vehicles I have ever owned.

Good Lord! What's next, a beeper for a dirty windshield?

Step 1. Push or pull the button, if no windshield cleaner comes out, it's either empty, broken, or frozen.

Step 2. Take appropriate action.

The FJ Cruiser is more of a utility vehicle. It doesn't come with heated seats ot ticklers. If this kind of stuff is a problem then maybe you purchased the wrong vehicle.
