Is there a video on how to remove the rear / back door panel. Mine is cracked. I would also like to order a new one to replace it. Where is the best site to order one?

It's really easy. Open the glass first. Two 10mm bolts in the top corners. and the rest is on trim clips. Slide a panel tool into a corner and ease the first one off, then once you've got a couple you can just pull. The panel the lifts off the window catch at the top.
