What is the Torx bit size required to take off the OEM roof rack? I have seen posts of a T25 or a T40. Want to make sure I get the right one on the first run to Home Depot.

If you are adjusting, removing, or otherwise tightening the roof rack bolts, make sure you tighten with a torque wrench to 18N-m as per Toyota OEM installation instructions for roof rack.

Thanks for the advice. I am installing an ARB Touring Rack to put a Simpson 2 tent on top. Unfortunately, one of the side rails for the fit kit came bent from FedEx shipping. ARB is making good on it. They were very prompt and understanding.
