The supercharger coolant is regular Toyota pink stuff so I imagine if it was leaking externally you'd see some sign of it. Did you inspect all the connections to/from the supercharger/reservoir/pump/intercooler?

The thing that seems strange with your theory is that I don't know why the supercharger would need any kind of internal seals for the coolant. The coolant system is just trying to transfer heat away from the supercharger to keep the incoming air cool. Basically, it's cooling a gigantic heat sink. I don't know why a giant heat sink would need to route coolant in such a way that it could possibly leak into the motor.
