After looking at all the amazing cargo drawer systems out there I either can’t afford or do not have the tools and time to build I thought I would share for the DIY minded people with limited tools to build a quick cost affective cargo shelf with storage. 1 sheet of 4’x4’x23/32”” plywood ripped down to 29” x 42 3/4” at HD (they charged my $.45 per cut), (3) 10”x48”x1” boards cut to fit with the “curb” and seat angle, 8 L brackets and a couple bins that fit perfectly snug from Lowes. I have since covered it with some woven vinyl flooring and painted the underside but here it is unfinished. Took maybe an hour and a half to cut the 10” boards to fit and assemble and another hour to paint and cover. I also slid some carpet tile down the sides to keep it from scratching the inside of the truck and to help with the very snug fit, it does lift straight up and out tII for a easy takeout if needed.

New to FJs and love the simplicity of your solution. I did something similar following a different thread. Bins are cheap Home Depot 14 gal bins that run less than $11 each:

Looks good for the first time. I built mine few years back with two shelves

Good job for your first try, I built mine few years back with two shelves.
