Try Toyota part 82998–12140 or 82998–12810. Both are fuse box repair terminals. If you provide measurements you could narrow it down (see pictures). Also, from what I have found, our truck is mostly Yazaki or Sumitomo connectors. Eastern Beaver is a site I use to get a hold of some Japanese connectors. They have Sumitomo fuse panel terminals but again without measurements it's impossible to say if they are correct.

Edit - Looking at your pictures again, I would bet it is 82998-12810. I don't think the ones sold by Eastern Beaver are a match either.
