Inchworm installed double cases in my FJC along with a triple stick setup. I didn't have pics of the triple sticks until today and a few folks had asked me to post up some pictures of the shifters. My wife is going to fab up a triple stick shifter boot for me. Inchworm did a great job installing the cases and shifter setup.

When installing dual transfer cases you will have two transfer case shifters. Most people just cut a hole in the floor and center console for the shifter on the 2nd case. I did not want to cut a hole, so I went with the triple sticks. This setup uses a linkage mechanism to shift the gears in the cases. Each stick is connected (either directly or via linkage) to a shift rail in one of the cases. The left most stick shifts the H, N and L on the 2.28:1 reduction box (front tcase). The middle stick shifts the H, N and L on the 5:1 gears in the transfer case. The right most stick shifts the 2WD to 4WD rail in the transfer case.
