Where can I find this lab test data?

Hopefully you're NOT talking about the 'Project Farm' videos on Youtube, I wouldn't consider the testing performed in a home garage using improvised test equipment to be a test lab ... just some guy playing in his garage.
I enjoy those videos, but yeah, I take it with a grain of salt.
I really wish @NyNomad would provide links.
I'm not trying to "gotcha!" or anything. This topic about RP is new to me and I haven't heard this before.

the Amsoil vs RP test is based on 20w50 and 10w30; now we are talking about 70w90, it is not the same oil.
another thing is the test in lab has certain criterial, may not reflect the true use in car.
Some oil may work bad in race car but may not bad at normal daily use.

I am not saying RP is the best, but I use it on all my differential and transfer case, now it is 180K and still working strong, that is the fact.
the same is the Ruth spark plug, some people find it has issue at 5000rpm, but I never run my FJ to that high rev, so it is not a issue for me at all.

The shop that built my gears and had to warranty the parts have this to say about gear oil. Remember they have to warranty the work and they have actual gear oil all over their hands.
Opinions on specific gear oils:

Royal Purple:
In our opinion one of the worst gear oils made
Valvoline synthetic: Better than royal purple but dino out performs
Ford synthetic: Probably Valvoline not the worst but think dino is better
GM synthetic: Similar to ford
Toyota synthetic: Average same performance as most dino's I think lucas is better
Mobil 1 synthetic: Better than economy dino's and is likely comparable to Lucas or other quality dinos with additive packages
Amsoil severe duty: Better than all economy Dino's and all synthetics on the market, but marginal over a quality dino with additive package
Redline shockproof: Same as amsoil

Oh come on ... an objective, independent 3rd-party test report would be published BY the 3rd-party lab, using their own corporate report format, with the identity and logo of the 3rd-party lab clearly identified on each page of the report.

A test report can state that the testing was paid for by XXXX, but in any true independent test the samples would have been procured by the test lab, on the open market, without any 'assistance' from the lab's customer who was paying for the 'independent' testing.

If you dig deep enough, you can download the actual "2013 test report". The whole 'test report' reads like an Amsoil advertising testimonial, touting the amazing level of wonderfulness that Amsoil products possess. It's even got Amsoil's corporate logo on the front page, and their corporate address on the last page. It certainly isn't a 3rd party test report.

I'm not saying that Amsoil cheated or influenced the test results in any way, but there's no way that any industry would accept the Amsoil "test report" as objective, independent 3rd-party test data.

(I have never used any Amsoil or Royal Purple product, and I don't personally know anyone who ever has. They may both market miracle products, or they may both be total crap. I don't know and don't care, I'm just objecting to Amsoil's claim of favorable results from a 'mystery' independent test lab who is never identified.)

I went down this hole about 5 years ago, and found that every single Toyota dealership I’ve ever visited since I’ve owned an FJ (at least 12 that I can remember) uses 75W-90 in the transfer case as well as the differentials. Since then I’ve just used Mobil1 75W-90 in all three without issue.
