Sorry Dave, I know of Greek, Thai, Italian, Mexican, Bavarian, and just about any other nationality of restaurant, but haven't seen a Polish one yet (at least not in the Dallas, North Dallas, or Addison area).

But, then again, I haven't been everywhere. But, I'm in a restaurant just about once a week, and they're almost never the same restaurant. I've got a buddy that's in restaurant supply and modeling business, I'll quiz him and get back to ya.

I lived in Dallas for about 7 years and I dont recall ever seeing a place that served polish food.

This site and facebook have kept my mind occupied and curing the boredom for the last couple of days.

 

i'll have to ask my buddy. he's polish AND lives in haslet. maybe he knows some secret place with out having to drive to the other end of dallas.

 

Go to eats.com they have a pic and write up of the For You Euro cafe and deli
this is the only Polish Restaurant I can find

LoL, I think all the ones back home in MI might be closer. I guess I need to start bugging family for recipes.

 

I know of a German restaurant that is pretty good. Its in West Fort Worth called Eidelweiss (spelling). Its near Carswell AFB 183 and the traffic circle.

Better today for sure. They started me on clear fluids so I am getting something in my stomach. White blood cell count is going down so it looks like the IV antibiotic treatment is working. Hoping to avoid surgery and the whole colostomy bag thing. :worried:
