I looked around in the how-to section and didn't see one. Is there anyone who has added a female USB port to their dash/console for charging phones?

I assume there would need to be some sort of voltage regulator.
The FJ is 12 volt, USB is only 5V (I think).
I bet you could get one of those things that plug into your cig lighter and has USB ports on the other end, rip it apart, and use the 'guts'.
I did a quick google search for a 12V to USB adapter, but most of what I got were the plug in type.

I just use one of these USB -> DC outlet adapters.
There are many brands avaliable and you should be able to pick one up for less than $20.00

The belkin micro charger is available on line at Best Buy, it comes with an IPOD cable. just put belkin micro charger into google and it will come up. Gizmodo rocks!!!
