When / after I installed my Fox Shocks and kept my sway bar on, I can't imagine an FJ being more stable (steering wise).

 

If you need a steering stabilizer, something is wrong with your set up.

Like has already been said, independent front suspension don't have them and in a FJ it would be hard to install.

 

Ifs can have a stabilizer. It has more to do w the steering set up. My 94 pathfinder was ifs w/ torsion bar front suspension. It had traditional steering linkage w pitman arm, idler arm, and linkage... And stabilizer.

The rack and pinion already isolates wheel feedback from your steering wheel. Like said above, look into your ucas, alignment and tire pressure.

 

A steering stabilizer is not what you need. If your truck is wandering after lifting it, upgrade the upper control arms so you can get your alignment back in spec. That bump-steer/wandering effect will be remedied.
