Hard to tell. In some pics they look good and on others they look off. I think in the off pictures the angle the picture was taken at is playing tricks.

I'm still on my 1st cup of coffee though.....

 

So I did my best to take the pics at the same level (minus the overhead). Both spindles in the pics are for the passenger (right) side... one is the original and the other is a recycled part from a 13’ FJC. I took a gamble on the recycled part because it looked like the donor FJC was in a roll over. I took off the driver (left) side spindle and compared it to the two alleged bent ones and I noticed that the good spindle has a more angled approach to UCA where the other are almost at a 90 degree angle.

 

At least to me the one on the left in the first two pictures looks really bent compared to the one on the right.

 

Yeah the one in the left came from a donor FJC that looked like it was in a roll over. The one on the right was the one I’m pretty sure I bent. This is the first time I have done something like this to the spindles and was wondering how common it is to bend these?

 

It looks less bent. Most of it can be accounted for during the alignment I would imagine.

 

One is definitely bent, not sure which one.

 

I’m almost certain that both are bent. Do you have weld-on gussets?

 

Best bet is to get another stock one to compare too lol. 2nd best is to try on a pair of gussets. You can see this one is straight. Wish I could find the picture of one that was from a flipped FJ that was out of whack. In the 2nd picture one of them is bent

 

Yep that’s exactly what I did and compared the new one to the two alleged bent spindles and they were really bent! I probably should of tried the gussets first lol. Thank you for the suggestions!
