**Question has been answered. I will definitely not be purchasing this item. Thanks for your detailed answers!**

This is my first post as I am new to the community and only a month out on owning my first FJ! Please excuse my ignorance lol

I have found an ARB front bumper for sale online and for dirt cheap ($100). Just curious if this will fit my 2007 FJ TRD SE.

This bumper came off of a Land Cruiser 80 Series and the part number for this specific model is 3211030/50 & 3411040/50.

Attached is a picture of the bumper from seller.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

It's different enough to be a real pain if you really wanted to make it fit, then it wouldn't look right. Its a whole different animal the FJC from the FJ-80. Probably could be done, you wouldn't be happy and would always look wrong. Spend the big money and get the liability factor covered too.

I agree with what has been said above.

Welcome to the forum though!! :rocker:

Thanks for the quick responses.

This bumper is listed on Atlanta's craigslist. For anyone on here that has or knows anyone with a land cruiser, 100 bucks is a hell of a steal for an ARB bumper.

*Not my listing, but I don't think seller will mind the free advertising :)

Remember that your FJC has airbags fitted which are designed to protect the occupants in case of catastrophic collision.
After-market products must comply with the local vehicle safety regulations so they won't prevent the deployment of your airbags etc.
I doubt the device you are looking at purchasing will meet regulations.
The unit you're looking at:
Hasn't been designed for your FJC.
It probably hasn't been tested on your FJC.
It could very well get your FJC defected if inspected.
It will therefore diminish the re-sale value later on.
Just my 2c.

Check out the Forum Vendors section and their websites along with the Group Buy area. Many vendors here offer discounts and will have sales throughout the year. There are also group buys where you can save a lot if enough people join in as the more that buy the more the price can drop. You can also keep an eye on the Forum Classifieds as there are things that come up for sale at great prices because people are parting out an FJ to sell or they have decided they want a different bumper or whatever.
